We’ll do 6 days of morning Mysore style self-practice as in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. (the first Mysore morning is available during the Weekend Workshop)
These Mysore classes are small and friendly, so you’ll get lots of individual attention.
We’re asking you to commit to five days minimum, and in return you will get a memorable experience on your path of transformation. You will have the time to get to know David and for him to get to know you and your practice. By the end of the week you’ll have some practical techniques to help you work on your challenging areas of the practice.
