The Wild Heart High Spirit retreat program aims to take you on a journey deep inside yourself. Combining nourishing meals, inspiring cooking classes and nutrition workshops with movement and mindfulness, this week will bring relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation to all levels of your being.

My New Roots Founder. Holistic Nutritionist.
Sarah Britton, Holistic Nutritionist, Whole Foods Chef and founder of My New Roots offers a comprehensive culinary program which covers both basics and deeper nutrition issues with workshops and hands-on teachings. Her recipes are vegan, gluten-free, and designed to inspire and educate first-time cooks and knowledgeable foodies alike.
Classes include: Real Raw Foods, Ecstatic Desserts and Snacks, Healthy and Whole Balinese Cooking
Lectures include: Detoxification, Sprouting and Holistic Body Care where we will actually make our own self-care products and learn how to use them!
Mikkala Marilyn Kissi
Mikkala Marilyn Kissi is the founder and the embodiment of Living Yolates.
Her background is a hybrid of multiple educations and experiences within dance, yoga, pilates, nutrition and kinesiology. Living Yolates is a reflection of that and most important, holistic. Mikkala has a degree in Performing Art and Body Control from the London Studio Centre, which is one of Europe’s most renowned dance schools. Mikkala is always developing and searching for new knowledge to be able to teach with renewed energy and joy. In 2010 she took a “brush up” class in Pilates with Birgitte Nymann at DGI, to get an update on the latest developments in Pilates. In 2011 she attended a Paul Dallaghan Yoga Workshop in Thailand, and followed a Yoga and Nutrition course with Sara Granström-Thorsson. In 2012 Mikkala became a yoga instructor with the yoga and meditation guru, Ratheesh Mani at Enzo Yoga House. Mikkala is also educated Body Master with Pheobe Corelli in NYC.
What characterizes Mikkalas teaching is the light and loving energies. She has a special ability to create an uplifted, bobbly joy inside of you and in the surrounding space. She teaches from her heart and has an authentic quality in her presence. Mikkala really connects with her students and who you are and what you need is always in focus. You will learn how to listen to yourself so you will know your specific needs. Classes with Mikkala are a great mix of pure joy, freedom, playfulness, integrity, grounding and power!
Living Yolates is a dynamic universe and always defined by Mikkalas further education, experiences in life and the people she meets. Currently, the focus is on courses and retreats created in collaboration with interesting co-teachers. Her heart beats for the Living Yolates education where new Living Yolates teachers are being educated to spread Living Yolates into the world.

Nestled in the hills of the Saint Augustin valley, Ibiza, lays the peaceful and historic finca, Chettinad. This beautifully restored, 400-year-old residence combines traditional Spanish architecture with modern comforts, all in sun-drenched splendor.
Enjoy yoga twice a day in the spectacular geodesic dome overlooking the valley below. Indulge in an Ayurvedic massage under the olives trees, take a walk around the beautiful grounds, or simply unwind by the pool with your favourite book.
Each meal at the retreat is a true celebration. Sarah Britton's approach to food is creative, fresh and vibrant, and her passion is bringing out the natural flavours in food, while preserving their precious nutrients. Meals at the retreat will be prepared by local plant-based chef Delores Wielzen. Her menu, inspired by My New Roots recipes, will be completely vegetarian with plenty of raw, vegan and gluten-free options to suit all dietary needs. Local, and organic ingredients will be used whenever possible. We will dine outside in dappled sunlight, serenaded by the soothing sounds of wild Ibiza!

Here is the fine print for your booking:
- In order to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere this retreat is for women only and limited to 12 participants per week.
- Check-in: September 17, 4:00pm.
- Check-out: September 23, by 10:00am
- Yoga mats and props will be provided.
- All yoga classes, tours, activities, and meals are optional.
- Rooms will be cleaned daily, and bedsheets changed once a week.
- It is not possible to stay at Chettinad before/after the retreat.
All bookings are final with no refund. In case of illness or force majeure we will do our best to find a solution/have another participant take the space. It is possible to give your space to a friend, just inform us at least 1 week before the retreat takes place via email email@example.com

- Make sure that you are aware of immigration/visa laws in Spain.
- The organizers are not liable for any illness, delay or cost resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.
CONSENT AND RELEASE
By registering for this programme, you voluntarily understand and accept the following terms and conditions as set out below:
I am aware that participating in the retreat requires a certain level of fitness and general physical health. I acknowledge and voluntarily assume my responsibility to assess my level of fitness and the risks of injury that are associated with physical activity of any kind including any variety of yoga. I confirm that I shall retain all control over my activities at all times. I voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of my participation in the activities in this programme. I will inform the teachers and/or assistants of any limitations or medical conditions that may affect my practice.
I, or anyone who could claim in my name or on my behalf, my heirs and legal representatives, do hereby voluntarily waive, release and forever discharge the organisers, from any and all liabilities for injuries, damages or death resulting from my participation in the activities during the course of this programme as outlined in the programme schedule or any activities outside of the programme and resort facility, and hold them harmless from all claims which may be brought against them for any such injuries or claims as aforesaid and all costs and expenses incidental thereto.
I agree that organisers reserve the right to accept or kindly decline the application of a participant at any time, to make changes in the itinerary whenever reputed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety to all participants. In the case that the event is cancelled or postponed organisers shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of money or expenses paid by the participant if the event cannot be re-scheduled.
I agree that organisers shall not be liable for any cost or expenses for any delay, change in schedule including "“ but not limited to "“ delays, missed flights, failure to comply with visa or health requirements of the city, re-scheduling, and/ or cancellations or overbooking of flights, loss, damage, or injury to property or persons including death, or expenses occasioned by any act of omission by any supplier providing services to any programme participant.
I understand that photos and video may be utilized for communications efforts. To that end, I hereby grant the organizer permission to record the name, likeness, voice, image and/or appearance on the above referenced date or dates of me and to use and publish the pictures, video and digital images and the like without compensation, and I waive any right to inspect or to approve any project that may be created using these materials.
