A Ridiculously Yummy Apricot Smoothie


If you are craving something healthy, nutritious, semi-sweet, fruity and delicious - this is a perfect morning dish for you. It’s not green - but it’s worth it! 

Jelena's Recommended Smoothie Tune: Average Fruit by Quadron

Ingredients:

3-4 fresh, organic apricots

2 middle sized fresh organic peaches

½ cup of fresh blueberries

1 cup of almond milk

Lemon zest

2 teaspoons of chia seeds

Optional: cardamom / tonka bean / a dip of honey

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour the smoothie in the nearest glass and drink it in one take! It’s so ridiculously creamy, delicious and yummy that you will not be able to resist the urge to have some more. And more. And more. And if you add some ice into the blender your smoothie will transform into the world’s best ice cream. Ever.
