Supersoul founder. Dreamer and doer. Humbled Mama. Believer in inexplicable connections. Will live twice.
I'm always on the move. My work with UNICEF has taken me to over 20 countries. I campaigned for children's and women's rights in countries like Nepal, Cambodia and Laos. These experiences have opened my eyes.
My most precious memories are each stories from a different place. I fell in love in Vienna, studied in London, gave birth in Bangkok, took refuge in India, danced festivals from Brasil to Hungary, and enjoy nesting in Croatia. I am blessed with soulful friends, and I'm keeping them for life.
Yoga has been a huge part of my journey. Like travel, it's given me courage. It's taught me patience, strength, resilience. Yoga has kept me honest, and filled my hectic life with calm. It's given me space to nurture myself, my family, and my vision of a world more connected through love, respect, giving back to community, taking care of nature and living consciously.
Best of all, through yoga I've learned how to move and be still at the same time.
I guess you could say I have two dedicated practices: travel and yoga. I founded Supersoul.Yoga so I can share both with you.
