Udara Bali, January 18- 25

Canggu, Bali

start: Jan 18, 2020
end: Jan 25, 2020

Everything in life seems to fall in layers that compile and collaborate preparing us for unpredictable moments to come. Just like all the layers of a painting or a Yoga sequence all come together for a peak or masterpiece of pranic balance. And there is so much known in any moment and so much unknown. And knowing there will always be unknowns can turn into straight up wisdom to let go and trust. Trust in the process unfolding, savoring every degree, shade, texture and spectrum of life dissolving on our tongue”  -Meghan Currie

Join Meghan Currie on this one-week retreat devoted to uncovering the magic and rawness of the present moment. Meghan’s teachings work to peel back layer after layer of all the things standing between us and blissful surrender to the here and now. We learn to cultivate a deep certainty that our body - our being - is whole, perfect and powerful. Through strong and slow flows and lingering Yin practices we connect inward and begin the process of unfolding, of savoring and of dissolving.

This year, we have chosen the most magical Udara Spa Resort as our home for the week. Udara is an integral healing resort, blending seamlessly into its stunning natural surroundings. On the shores of the Indian Ocean, the resort features a beautiful Yoga shala with ocean views, and a luxurious SPA with warm water Watsu floating pools, a Finnish sauna, herbal steam room, hot jacuzzi and ice water plunge as well as a meditation cave. These healing modalities, and the surrounding lush natural environment of the Indian Ocean shoreline, provide a serene backdrop for natural healing and will support us in deep releasing, cleansing and becoming more radiant and light. Think long and lazy pool and sauna sessions, and total deep surrender in the Watsu pool.

Come journey with us to full-surrender paradise and remember how to float. How to trust so deeply in the benevolence of the present moment that you feel buoyant and free. Deep Yoga practice meets healing waters, delicious flavors and tastes, bright, fragrant surroundings and the joy of old and new connections made in beautiful Bali.

  • 7 nights in a beautiful healing Yoga resort on the Indian Ocean
  • Unlimited access to water healing pool, Finnish sauna, herbal steam room, hot jacuzzi and ice water plunge, and the meditation cave.
