Menopause is a profound biological and energetic transition that touches every layer of a woman’s being — body, mind, heart, and spirit.
The hormonal shifts of peri-menopause, menopause, and the years beyond can influence sleep, mood, metabolism, cognition, sexuality, emotional balance, and overall vitality. And even know these shifts can affect women already in the late 30s, many of us receive little guidance, outdated information, and have the sense of doing it alone. This retreat offers a clearer way forward — guided by the combined expertise of Dee Koprivc, the founder of Supersoul.yoga, a senior yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in creating women’s retreats and circles, and Sanda Varga, a women’s health specialist with over two decades of experience in hormones and holistic wellbeing. Together, they create a space where this mighty transition is supported, informed, and truly honored.
What You’ll be Offered at this Retreat
1) Practical Tools for Symptom Support and Hormonal Balance
Understand what’s happening in your body through evidence-informed approaches for navigating hot flashes, sleep changes, mood shifts, energy fluctuations, and the most common natural shifts in sexuality and intimacy during peri- and menopause. With simple diagnostic insights, you’ll identify where imbalance is showing up — and how stress, nutrient depletion, or everyday endocrine disruptors may be contributing.
2) Yoga, somatic movement & strength training
Experience daily practices designed specifically for the menopausal body — from grounding somatic movement and nourishing yoga to strength work with weights. Weight training is essential during menopause, supporting muscle tone, bone density, metabolism, and long-term vitality.
3) Restorative practices for the nervous system
Invite the whole system into deep renewal. Deeply relaxing meditation sessions, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and vagus-nerve calming techniques. These practices increase HRV, soothe stress, support emotional and hormonal regulation and improve sleep.
3) Thermal Healing & Deep Relaxation
Reduce inflammation and support healthy circulation through daily sauna sessions and outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi immersion. STAY
Ekodrom Retreat Estate is a magical place to gather and find peace. Just an hour and a half away from Zagreb, it is set in an idyllic private location. I have returned to this magical place more than 10 times to teach by now.
The estate is surrounded by forests, plum orchards, and green fields.
Ekodrom villas are gorgeous, restored traditional cottages with beamed ceilings and wooden floors and stoves. Modernly equipped, each villa has its own kitchen, living room and a bathroom. You can chose to stay in a twin room, or share a double bed with a friend or family member
Every house is equipped with a private hot tub, and the community spaces are lovely: the Yoga shala, the dining areas, the barrel sauna, and the fire pit under the stars.
